Does It Ever Stop?

Does it ever stop, does the emptiness ever go,

Can I just feel relief is all I wanna know?

Living if you can call it that,

Inside this lonely habitat,

Where everything is muted in its glow.

No chance of rescue,

No hope of change,

All I wanted was what you get,

Guess its just out of range.

Stone masks I can no longer wear,

Living dead I know never there,

Admire my light but never move for me,

Somehow you can for others I see.

Screaming clearly for years,

Seems no one ever hears,

Made my needs clear,

No one comes near.
